tabito AI is an AI-powered travel planning assistant designed to help users create itineraries and discover places. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • Transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

3. Accounts and Payments

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account or purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of tabito AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both your country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties regarding AI Output

Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability.

tabito AI utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) models provided by third parties (including but not limited to OpenAI and Google) to generate travel itineraries, recommendations, and information. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Accuracy is Not Guaranteed: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or truthfulness of any output generated by the Service ("Output").
  • Hallucinations: The AI may occasionally generate plausible but incorrect or nonsensical information (commonly known as "hallucinations").
  • Independent Verification Required: You are solely responsible for independently verifying all Output (such as business hours, locations, safety conditions, prices, and travel requirements) before relying on it or taking any actions based on the Output.
  • No Professional Advice: The Output does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will tabito AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated Output; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tabito AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
